What to include

So we can help quickly, please tell us:

• The name of the app
• Your device model and its iOS or Android version
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if you have one

Deleting your account and data

If an app lets you create an account, you can delete it from inside the app, usually under Settings or Account. You can also email support@gunningent.com from the address linked to your account, and we will delete the account and its associated data.

Subscriptions, billing and refunds

Purchases and subscriptions bought through the App Store are billed by Apple. To manage or cancel a subscription on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
